Anderson Park 501 Fiske Boulevard, Cocoa South of Dixon Boulevard between Olive and Highland Avenues, this .9-acre mini park has an outdoor full basketball court, playground and shaded picnic table.

B.A. Morse Park 830 Knight Avenue, Cocoa Located off Blake Avenue between SR 520 and Poinsett Avenue, this 1.94-acre neighborhood park has a playground system including toddler equipment.

Cocoa Manor 201 Coquina Drive, Cocoa This shaded .5-acre mini park is situated between North U.S. Highway 1 and Indian River Drive about 1-mile south of SR 528. The fenced park includes a playground with toddler equipment and a picnic table.

Cocoa West Recreation Complex 230 South Burnett Road, Cocoa Featuring a Community Center with gymnasium, kitchen and meeting rooms, this 19.39-acre community park is just south of SR 520 in west Cocoa. A wide range of educational programs sponsored by Project Star and Department sponsored special interest activities are scheduled at this facility developed with funds from Community Development Block Grants. Additionally, several outdoor amenities including a lighted softball field with concession, 2 pavilions and grill, and playground equipment make this park a popular gathering place for the nearby community. Don “Mo” Stradley Memorial Park 1881 Rosetine Street, Cocoa Adjacent to the south boundary of the Brevard Community College-Cocoa campus, this 42.68-acre sports complex and home of Cocoa Little League and RockCo Girls Softball features several ballfields with concession buildings and press boxes ideal for tournament play of softball, little league, t-ball, and football. With 12 lighted horseshoe pits, it is also a popular site for this active sport. Additionally, there are 3 4-wall racquetball courts and a small pavilion. F. Burton Smith Regional Park 7575 West SR 520, Cocoa A popular venue for large group picnics and community events, this expansive 1,080.36-acre scenic park is located 3-miles west of I-95 along SR 520. The hardwood hammock, pastureland, prairie and wetland ecosystems inspire nature and wildlife enthusiasts, while the park amenities invite group activities. With a view toward a small nature lake, the large pavilion with a kitchen seats up to 600 people, and 2 small pavilions beside a larger lake are near a playground and restrooms. Individual picnic tables are also situated around the lake, with volleyball and horseshoe facilities nearby. The large lake features a natural canoe launch and fishing is welcomed there and in the tributaries, although swimming is not allowed. On the south side of the lake is a rustic tent camping site and 1-mile woodland nature trail, while another .25-nature trail with botannical markers is located near the large pavilion. James G. Bourbeau Memorial Park 8195 West Highway-SR 520, Cocoa Located along the St. Johns River at SR 520 next to the Lone Cabbage Fish Camp, this 52-acre community river park is a gateway to excellent bass fishing. It provides a staging area for many fishing tournaments. Facilities include a 2-lane boat ramp and dock, restrooms, a mid-size pavilion with a barbecue grill, and parking for 100 cars and boat trailers.

Joe Lee Smith Park 419 Washington Street, Cocoa A hub for after school programs, neighborhood events, and indoor basketball, this 3.2-acre park has a Community Center with a small meeting room and gymnasium. Outdoors, the swimming pool is open during the guarded summer season, a field is used for little league play, and daily drop-in is popular at the playground and basketball court. Lakeview Park 200 Lakeview Boulevard, Cocoa This 3.2-acre community park is situated just west of Cocoa and about a mile south of SR 520. The playground, small pavilion, 2 lighted basketball courts and a multi-use field are open to the public daily.

Lee Wenner Park 300 Riveredge Drive, Cocoa On the Indian River at the southwest side of the Hubert Humphrey bridge, this 11.55-acre community river park is an active boat launch site. The 4-lane ramp and several other amenities make it an attractive recreational area. The Coast Guard Auxiliary Building features a meeting room available as a rental facility. A large pavilion, picnic tables, rest-rooms, and playground are conveniently situated for group activity, while a 500’ pier and a T-shaped dock are ideal for leisurely fishing. McFarland Park 2060 Indian River Drive, Cocoa At the east end of Coquina Drive on the Indian River in north Cocoa, this 1.03-acre community river park provides convenient river front access for the neighborhood. The park is well shaded and includes a 1-lane small boat ramp, parking space, a fishing dock, and a sheltered picnic table.

McLarty Park 790 Barton Boulevard, Rockledge A hub of activity, this 19.85-acre community park located in Rockledge features several little league fields and is the Home of Rockledge Little League. A Community Center and large pavilion in the center of the shaded grounds provide a venue for community events and recreational activities for all ages. Additional facilities include a barbeque pit at the pavilion with restrooms nearby, scattered picnic tables, 2 lighted tennis courts, a full outdoor basketball court, a volleyball court, and a swimming pool. Pineda Park 1232 “A” Street, Cocoa Located at Pineda and “A” Street, this 8-acre partially shaded neighborhood park offers a pool for public swim and swim classes during the guarded summer season. A playground, a little league practice field, and a grassy multiuse field provide a site for neighborhood activities.

Provost Park 400 Varr Avenue, Cocoa Located on the south side of SR 520 at Varr Avenue and Fiske Boulevard, this 20-acre community park includes soccer and softball fields and is the Home of Cocoa Soccer Club. At the center of the complex on Varr Avenue is 1 full basketball court plus a half court. A shaded playground is adjacent to a small pavilion with restrooms nearby.

Riverwalk—A Family Park 5355 South U.S. Hwy 1, Rockledge Nestled along the Indian River 6-miles south of SR 520 on U.S. Highway 1, this 6.37-acre community river park features a 900’ handicapped accessible boardwalk. The nature boardwalk begins near a small pavilion with restrooms and winds through a natural Florida hammock to the river.

Rockledge Park 960 Cogswell Street, Rockledge Situated in a partially wooded area .25 miles west of U.S. Hwy 1 and north of Barton Boulevard, this 40-acre community park offers a variety of athletic opportunities. Ballfields along most of the north and east boundaries of the park include 2 lighted softball fields, 1 lighted senior little league field, 1 lighted football field, and 1 lighted and 2 unlighted soccer fields. Racquet enthusiasts can take advantage of the 2 lighted 4-wall racquetball courts, the 8 lighted tennis courts and the 4 lighted Har-Tru clay tennis courts. Call 633-1975 after 5:00 p.m. for court fees, reservations, and details about tennis lessons and leagues.Fitness buffs enjoy the 1.3-mile 19-station shaded exercise trail. Adjacent to the exercise trail is the large pavilion, which seats up to100 and includes a barbeque pit. 2 small pavilions and a playground are also available with restrooms conveniently located. Silver Pines Park 1045 Noreen Boulevard, Rockledge This shaded 3.77-acre neighborhood park is located west of Fiske Boulevard between Lee and Noreen Streets. Facilities include a playground, basketball court and softball field.

Stosberg Park 8190 West Highway-SR 520, Cocoa Situated along the flood plain of the St. Johns River, this 24.06-acre community river park is located off SR 520 across from James G. Bourbeau Memorial Park. The park features a natural boat ramp. A paved ramp and parking are in the design phase.

Taylor Park-Rockledge 1292 Florida Avenue, Rockledge A decorative arched entranceway at the juncture of Florida Avenue and U.S. Hwy 1 is a landmark at this 3.06-acre community park. Shaded by old oaks, the small pavilion, scattered picnic tables, playground and a full basketball court make this park a convenient site for neighborhood get-togethers. A sensory garden adorns the site of the mausoleum of park donors, Albert and Grace Taylor.

Travis Park 1999 Michigan Avenue, Cocoa A Community Center is the focal point of this 2.5-acre community park located at the north perimeter of the Brevard Community College Cocoa campus. Known as Tiger Den, the gymnasium and small activity rooms make it a popular site for basketball, special interest activities and summer day camp. The park grounds include a half basketball court and 2 lighted sand volleyball courts, a playground and a small pavilion. Additionally, a 1-mile paved nature trail around Clear Lake extends from Travis Park to the Brevard Museum. Call 633-1871 for activity and facility rental information.

Valencia Dock 914 Rockledge Drive, Rockledge Extending into the Indian River at the east end of Orange Avenue, this .1-acre river trail park is a scenic neighborhood fishing pier.
